College of Agriculture

The goals and objectives of the Faculty of Agriculture at Dr. John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology is to produce highly qualified agricultural professionals; to advance and promote knowledge, skills, self-reliance and sound character for food production and sustainability; and to conserve, manage the biodiversity, natural resources and environment. With those goals in mind, the faculty offers curricula leaning to the degrees of Bachelors of Science in Agronomy and Animal Production and the Bachelors of Science, Honors in Agronomy and Animal Production. The course of study includes 130 credit hours for the Bachelors of Science and 160 credit hours for the Bachelors of Science, Honors.
